Samsung Galaxy Note8 to be priced at Php49,990

Listen to article

The Samsung Galaxy Note8 is scheduled to be announced at 11pm tonight (we’re in New York to cover the global launch) and Philippine release is scheduled by 2nd or 3rd week of September.

This also opens us to the bigger question — what will be the price of the Galaxy Note8 in the Philippines. Our answer (based on multiple sources) is Php49,990.

It’s the most logical SRP for the Note8 considering the Galaxy S8 and the S8+ are still within the vicinity.

Samsung Galaxy S8: Php39,990

Samsung Galaxy S8+: Php45,990

Samsung Galaxy Note8: Php49,990

As usual, Samsung Philippines will most probably be including a bundle with this — something like a free Gear VR with Controller 2017, speakers and other accessories.

Agree. I will not spend that amount just for a phone. Iyak ka na lang kung ma-snatch yan. :-)

Grabeng mahal n yan. hindi na practical. With that price tag, you can already get a nice and decent spec’d laptop.
