Samsung Galaxy Watch5 & Watch5 Pro priced in the Philippines

Samsung has just unveiled the new Galaxy Watch5 & Galaxy Watch 5 Pro. The Galaxy Watch5 will come in either 40mm or 44m models, while the Galaxy Watch5 Pro will come in a single 45mm model.

Both watches will be powered by the Exynos W920 processor and will see support for Wear OS 3.5 and Samsung’s One UI Watch 4.5. All models will also come with 1.5GB of RAM and 16GB of storage.

The Galaxy Watch5 series will also be compatible with any Android phone running Android 8.0 or higher and have more than 1.5GB of RAM. Other features include support for LTE, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi, and Samsung’s BioActive Sensor.

Galaxy Watch5 Pro

The battery on each model is different with the 40mm Galaxy Watch5 carrying a 284 mAh battery and the 44mm Galaxy Watch5 with a 410 mAh battery. The Galaxy Watch5 Pro carries the largest battery at 590 mAh.

All displays of the Galaxy Watch5 series will be made of Sapphire Crystal to help offer better resistance to scratches. They all will also carry a Super AMOLED Full Color Always On Display. All models are also rated for 5ATM and IP68 water resistance.

Galaxy Watch 5

The Galaxy Watch5 comes in either Graphite or Silver with a special Pink Gold colorway for the 40mm and a special Sapphire (light blue) colorway for the 44mm. The Galaxy Watch5 Pro will be offered in either Black Titanium or Gray Titanium.

When it comes to pricing, the Galaxy Watch5 comes in at PHP 16,990 for the 40mm and PHP 18,990 for the 44mm. The Galaxy Watch5 pro on the other hand is priced at PHP 26,990. You may pre-order any of the Galaxy Watch5 series through this link.
