Smart outs the O+ Presto 700 LTE. It’s An LTE smartphone that only cost Php2,188! It utilizes the new 700MHz Band 28 of the telco that’s been a prized frequency lately. The rest of the specs is pretty basic with a 5-inch FWVGA display, quad-core processor, 512MB RAM, and 8GB of expandable storage.
