Spotify tests vertical scrolling ‘Audio Newsfeed’ for Podcasts

Spotify  is testing out a feature that allows users to vertically scroll through Podcasts on the audio forum much like TikTok

A dedicated “Podcasts” button will switch to a vertical feed that allows users to see show cover art while audio clips play on the Audio Newsfeed. The clip is transcribed at the same time while listening.

Do note that this is still in the testing phase and may change prior to the public launch.
