Tecno just made some noise at IFA 2025, headlining its booth with the MegaPad Pro, a 12-inch “Essential AI Tablet” built for both students and professionals.

The MegaPad Pro rocks a 12-inch 2K display with 90Hz refresh rate and 450 nits brightness, paired with four Dolby-tuned speakers for a proper binge-watch and study-session combo. Powering it is a 10,000mAh battery that Tecno claims can last up to eight hours of heavy use. What sets it apart is the dedicated AI key, which launches Tecno’s Ella Assistant, a built-in productivity buddy that can manage notes, assignments, emails, or even help out with presentations.
But Tecno didn’t stop at tablets. The brand also flexed its laptop expansion into Europe, partnering with distributor MCR to bring devices like the MegaBook K15S, K16S, and even the compact Mega Mini G1 gaming PC to Spain and France. The star teaser, though, was the MegaBook S14, a sleek 14-inch OLED ultrabook weighing just 899 grams, set for release in Q4 2025.
With the MegaPad Pro pushing AI tools and the MegaBook S14 promising ultra-light performance, Tecno is clearly positioning itself as more than just a phone brand. Europe, take notes, Tecno’s coming in hot.
