Tecno has officially announced the Megabook S16 at this year’s Computex in Taiwan, marking the company’s entry into the 16-inch laptop segment. This flagship model is designed to cater to professionals and creatives seeking a blend of performance and portability.
The Megabook S16 boasts a slim profile, measuring just 14.9mm in thickness and weighing 1.3kg, making it one of the lightest laptops in its category. Under the hood, it is powered by Intel’s 13th-generation Core i9-13900HK processor, featuring 14 cores and 20 threads with a maximum clock speed of 5.4GHz. Users can choose between 16GB or 32GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 2TB of PCIe 3.0 SSD storage, ensuring smooth multitasking and ample space for files and applications.
The laptop features a 16-inch display with a 16:10 aspect ratio and a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels. The screen covers 100% of the sRGB color gamut, providing vibrant and accurate colors suitable for content creation and media consumption.
