Samsung has just unveiled its newest smartphone, Galaxy Note7, which is now the current flagship handset of the South Korean giant. How does it differ from its Galaxy S7 / S7 Edge sibling? Here’s a quick comparison.

In terms of power, what’s ticking inside the devices are both Exynos 8890 Octa which is currently the most powerful chipset from Samsung themselves. The Note7 also borrows the camera sensors of the S7s. So, what’s different about the Note7?
Mainly, it’s the S Pen, the trademark of the Note series. If you’re into note taking, the S Pen will be your digital best friend. Samsung also now uses your eyes to secure your device through a built-in iris scanner. And lastly, the Note7 is now the first Samsung handset to sport a USB Type-C port and not only that but also the Gorilla Glass 5 that’s stronger and better than previous versions.
If you own a Galaxy S7 or even an S7 Edge, upgrading to a Note7 is more of a luxury since the three devices are somehow similar with varying features for different people.
