Alongside the vivo X100 Ultra, two more models join the flagship series: the vivo X100s and the vivo X100s Pro. Both equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ — a notable leap from last year’s Dimensity 9300 on the X100 and X100 Pro.

This newer chip boasts higher boost clock speed at 3.4GHz along with improved APU that brings 10% boost for on-device AI tasks. Both comes with up to 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage.

The key difference lies in the display. The X100s features a flat 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED panel, while the Pro variant opts for a curved display with the same panel, size and resolution (2800 x 1260). Both offer a 120Hz refresh rate and an impressive 3000 nits peak brightness.

For optics, their camera systems differ slightly. The X100s Pro leads with a triple-camera setup featuring a 50MP main sensor with a one-inch footprint, a 50MP Zeiss APO super-telephoto lens with 4.3x optical zoom, and a 50MP ultrawide shooter.
The X100s scales back with a 50MP main sensor, a 64MP telephoto lens offering 3x optical zoom, and the same 50MP ultrawide lens. Both phones offer 100x digital zoom and a 32MP front camera.
Additionally, vivo X100s Pro includes the latest V3 imaging chip, while the X100s retains the V2 chip.

Battery capacities also differ slightly, with the X100s packing a 5100mAh battery and the Pro offering a 5400mAh unit. While both gets a 100W wired charging capability, only the Pro variant gets a 50W wireless charging.
Software-wise, both runs OriginOS 4 based on Android 14 and they both get IP69 rating for dust and water resistance.
