vivo is gearing up to expand its X200 series with the upcoming vivo X200 FE, a device that promises flagship-level features in a more compact form factor. Leaked specifications suggest that the X200 FE will cater to users seeking high-end performance without the bulk of larger smartphones.
The vivo X200 FE is expected to sport a 6.31-inch flat OLED display with a “1.5K” resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. An under-display fingerprint sensor is also anticipated, maintaining a sleek and modern design. The device is rumored to weigh approximately 200 grams and will carry IP68 and IP69 certifications for dust and water resistance.
Under the hood, the X200 FE is likely to be powered by either the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ or the yet-to-be-announced Dimensity 9400e chipset. The 9400e is speculated to be a slightly tuned version of the 9300+, offering enhanced performance. The device is expected to come in two configurations: 12GB RAM with 256GB storage and 16GB RAM with 512GB storage.
Photography enthusiasts can look forward to a versatile camera setup on the X200 FE. The rear is expected to house a triple-camera system: a 50MP main sensor (Sony IMX921), a 50MP telephoto lens (Sony IMX882) with 3x optical zoom, and an 8MP ultrawide lens. For selfies, a 50MP front-facing camera is anticipated.
The X200 FE is rumored to pack a substantial 6,500mAh battery, supporting 90W fast wired charging. This combination should provide extended usage times and quick recharge capabilities.
The vivo X200 FE is expected to launch in India around July, with pricing estimated between INR 50,000 (PHP 32,675.22) and INR 60,000 (PHP 39,210.26). Details about its availability in other markets remain unclear at this time.
