vivo Y78+ announced with curved OLED display, 50MP OIS camera

The first vivo Y-series model, the vivo Y78+, with a curved display has gone official and is now on pre-sale.

Vivo Y78 Plus Azure Blue

The device sports a 6.78-inch Full HD+ (2400 x 1080) 3D OLED curved screen with 120 hertz refresh rate and can reach up to 1300 nits peak brightness.

Underneath is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G-enabled chipset configured with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB UFS 2.2 storage.

At the rear protrudes a dual camera setup with a 50-megapixel main lens which supports optical image stabilization.

Its battery is rated at 5000mAh with support for 44W fast charging.

Other features include an under-display fingerprint sensor, Bluetooth 5.1, and it runs on Android 13 skinned with OriginOS.
