Xendit expands its digital payment solutions in the Philippines to provide another cashless platform.
The Indonesian-based company offers digital payment solutions to consumers and local businesses in Indonesia. It offers a user-friendly process that allows SMEs to end and accept payments easily. They may use modern APIs and a dashboard that makes settlement, reconciliation, and accounting simple. It also accepts major payment methods with fast activation times.
Among its customers is contact tracing application TARA! and GrabPay wallet that uses Xendit Direct Debit. GrabPay customers can link their bank from BI and UnionBank accounts to seamlessly top up their GrabPay balance through the service. To ensure its security, it uses two-factor authentication
(2FA). It will also be available soon to BDO account holders.
Xendit’s product suite’s robust security structure is another key feature, powered by an in-house system that assesses credit card transactions for fraud risks. Built with advanced data analytics and optimized with machine learning, this fraud detection system pre-emptively blocks payments that are deemed high-risk.
“Xendit’s suite of services is designed to make payments simple, secure, and easy for customers while enabling businesses to grow exponentially. As a platform that’s deeply rooted in Southeast Asia, we keep our ear to the ground to better recognize the specific needs and wants of each business in the market,” said Moses Lo, CEO & Founder, Xendit Group.
As of writing, Xendit builds up and invests in local partners and channels to create more solutions, addressing Philippine-based merchants and customers’ most common problems.
