Xiaomi 14 series officially announced in China

Xiaomi has officially unveiled their latest flagships, the Xiaomi 14 series, in China during the launch event dubbed “Leap Beyond the Moment”.

The Xiaomi 14 sports a 6.36-inch LTPO OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, 1200 x 2670 resolution, and 3,000 nits peak brightness.

Powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, it comes with 8 GB, 12 GB, or 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and a choice of 256 GB, 512 GB, and 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage.

There is a triple-rear camera setup powered by Leica consisting of a 50MP “Light Hunter” main sensor, 50MP ultrawide, and a floating telephoto camera that’s able to capture 50MP in portrait mode and 30MP in photo mode. It has a 32MP front camera.

Running the device is a 4,610mAh battery with 90W wired and 50W wireless charging support. It comes in four colorways: black, white, green, and pink.

The Xiaomi 14 has a pre-order price that starts at CNY 3,999 for the 8GB+256GB version, CNY 4,299 for the 12GB+256GB combo, and CNY 4,599 for the 16GB+512GB variation. The 16GB+1TB model starts at CNY 4,999.

The Xiaomi 14 Pro sports a 6.73-inch LTPO OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, 1440 x 3200 resolution, and 3,000 nits peak brightness.

Powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, it comes with 12 GB, or 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and a choice of 256 GB, 512 GB, and 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage.

There is a triple-rear camera setup powered by Leica that has a 50MP “Light Hunter 900” custom Leica Summilux lens for a main sensor with a variable aperture ranging from f/1.42 to f/4.0.

Meanwhile, the other two lenses consist of a 50MP ultrawide, and a floating telephoto camera that’s able to capture 50MP in portrait mode and 40MP in photo mode. It has a 32MP front camera.

Running the device is a 4,880mAh battery with 120W wired and 50W wireless charging support. It comes in four colorways: black, white, green, and a titanium special version.

The Xiaomi 14 has a pre-order price that starts at CNY 4,999 for the 12GB+256GB version, CNY 5,499 for the 16GB+512GB combo, and CNY 5,999 for the 16GB+1TB model.
