Xiaomi Opens First Service Center in PH

Xiaomi Philippines invited a few tech bloggers to witness the official launch of the company’s first Mi Exclusive Service Center in the country.

Steve Vickers, Xiaomi General Manager for Southeast Asia, was present during the opening and gave the attendees a quick tour of the newly-opened facility located at 2nd Floor of One Kennedy Place, Club Filipino Drive, Greenhills, San Juan City.

During his short speech, Vickers was keen to point out that they aim to provide the best possible service to their customer through their first MI Exclusive Service Center or have their device serviced in any of the seven (7) authorized service centers with over fifty (50) drop-off points around the country.

He also adds that customers who chose to bring their device on the company’s first service center will benefit from the quick turnaround time which, according to Vickers, can go as fast as two hours. If one of the highly-trained staffs deemed that the device under warranty can no longer be serviced, the center can even replace the defective device!

Lastly, the facility will also double as some sort of a showroom where customers can familiarize themselves with Xiaomi products and purchase accessories like popular powerbanks and Mi Pistons in the future.

Customers can drop by at the Mi Exclusive Service Center anytime between 10AM – 7PM from Monday until Saturday. They can also reach them through phone at +63 2 5315993.
