You can now add an extra stop to your GrabCar rides

Grab has announced that its customers may now add an extra stop to their GrabCar rides.

Before, GrabCar rides only have a simple point A to B destination for booked trips, but with the new feature, you can add an additional stop to your booking, making it convenient for those who need to pick-up or drop-off a friend/loved one before heading to your last destination.

Drivers, on the other hand, will be notified of both stops when they receive your booking. As for the upfront fare, it already includes the cost of your extra stop which is based on the total distance traveled.

To book an extra stop, just follow these steps:

  1. After entering your Pick-up and Drop-off points, tap “+” to add an extra stop.
  2. Select the location of the extra stop.
  3. Tap the “swap” icon to switch the order of your stops. (Fares may change!)
  4. Book your ride!
