ZTE launches the MC888 Flagship which is a Wi-Fi 7 5G Customer Premises Equipment (CPE). These devices receive data like 4G LTE/5G and alter them into Wi-Fi signals that consumers can connect to. CPEs are widely used in hospitals, factories, and villages as a cost-efficient alternative to installing fiber optic cables.
The ZTE MC888 Flagship has support for global sub6 and mmWave frequency bands while adopting ZTE’s smart antenna X technology. These feature top-of-the-line antenna gain that reaches up to 10dBi. The product itself has an LED screen on the router wherein monitoring of network signal changes is done in real-time.
In terms of design, the MC888 Flagship is part of the space series products. The entire system has an integrated aerospace design element, adopting the appearance features of the rocket for style framing and details. The top metal ring is gotten from the ion thruster along with a futuristic UI interface of a circular touch screen, and three sets of color-altering breathing lights.
