With Apple having released both the new MacBook Pro with M3 and the refreshed 24-inch iMac with M3 recently, a new report by The Verge has confirmed that Apple won’t be releasing nor has any plans of developing a 27-inch iMac with Apple Silicon anytime soon.

The statement was issued by Apple PR representative Starlayne Meza confirming the news to The Verge with Apple encouraging users who want a larger 27-inch Mac to consider using the Apple Studio Display together with either the Mac Studio or Mac Mini.
However, that would entail having both the computer and display separate and losing the all-in-one form factor found with the iMac.

It was specifically stated that a 27-inch iMac is not in the works, however, no further comment was made regarding having their doors open to another sized or potentially larger-sized iMac in the future.
