MSI unveils its new lineup of Z370 motherboards which supports Intel’s 8th-Gen 6-core processors, namely, the Z370 Godlike Gaming, Z370 Gaming Carbon AC, and Z370 Tomahawk at an event in SMX Convention Center today.
The Z370 Godlike Gaming sports an 18-phase DrMOS PWM design, and top quality Military Class V components for long gaming and extreme overclocking sessions. It features a 3x Killer E2500 LAN connectors and a Killer 1535 Wi-Fi AC adapter. With this, users will now be able to combine a built-in switch with wireless extender. It’s also equipped with dual dedicated ALC1220 Hi-Fi audio processors, ESS AUDIO DAC with dedicated ESS amplifier, WIMA audio capacitors, and a 6.35mm headphone out. Onboard it has Triple Turbo M.2 with M.2 Shield V2, Turbo U.2 with Steel Armor, Lightning USB 3.1 Gen2 with front gen 2 type-C.
The Z370 Gaming Pro Carbon AC dons a Military Class 5 components with Guard-Pro for protection and efficiency. It features 2x TURBO M.2, M.2 Shield, and Lightning USB 3.1 GEN2. Audio-wise, it’s equipped with AUDIO BOOST 4 with NAHIMIC 2+. It supports 8th Gen Intel Core and Pentium Celeron processors for LGA 1151 socket, DDR4 Memory, up to 4000+(OC) MHz, and 2-Way NVIDIA SLI and 3-Way AMD Crossfire.
The Z370 Tomahawk, just like the rest of aforementioned motherboards, sports a Military Class 5 components with Guard-Pro for protection and efficiency. It’s got a gaming LAN powered by Intel for smooth gaming experience by reducing CPU overheat, and offering more effective and long-term CPU usage. It supports 8th Gen Intel Core / Pentium Celeron processors for LGA 1151 socket, and DDR4 Memory, up to 4000+(OC) MHz.
