ADATA launches XPG V3 DDR3 3100MHz RAM
DDR4 memory modules may be the “it” thing nowadays, but ADATA is still not entirely giving up on DDR3 RAMs just yet. In fact, the company just announced the XPG V3 Series which includes a 3100MHz dual-channel kit.
A successor of the XPG V2, the new lineup of high-performance memory modules inherits some of the features that made its predecessor stand out amongst its peers. That includes Thermal Conductive Technology for better heat dispersal and a high-quality 8-layer PCB which now comes with 2-oz copper for improved cooling.
ADATA XPG V3 DDR3-3100 specs:
Intel XMP 1.3 support
JEDEC Standards compliant
Thermal Conductive Technology
8-layer printed PCB
Support for Intel Z97 Motherboards
Available capacities: 8GB, 2x4GB
In addition to the 3100Mhz option, the new ADATA XPG V3 are also available in slower models from 1600Mhz all the way up to 3000MHz. Below is the complete list of all the new memory modules under the new XPG V3 lineup:
