Mi Philippines bundles Redmi 1S with Mi Power Bank

Mi Philippines has announced that they will bundle their affordable Xiaomi Redmi 1S Android smartphone with the 5,200mAh Mi Power Bank on their November 27 sale.

The Xiaomi Redmi 1S retails for Php5,599 while the 5,200mAh Mi Power Bank costs Php445. That combo should cost you Php6,044 but Mi Philippines is offering it for just Php5,799. It’s like getting the power bank for just Php200.

The bundle will go on sale on Thursday, November 27, starting at 12 noon. As usual, this will be sold through Lazada with limited stocks available. Pre-registration is not required.

It was out of stock when i was going to pay at 1210pm! Not sure why I had to key in payt info before i found out it was out of stock

Received my redmi 1s this afternoon. Unit is ok so far. Played dead trigger 2 & asphalt 8 & the unit handled it like a boss! Xiaomi customer service is the best! I will rate them 10/10 & will definitely buy again from them. Happy xiaomi customer here! :)

I actually asked for a replacement cos Id love to have a xiaomi device, problem is sbi dw ni email.rep it will take 2 days dw to qc the returned def. unit w/c has been returned to them last 11/18 sent thru lbc. E 11/24 n ngaun wla p ring update kung i.rerefund ba,replace o voucher. Si email rep(Dines) hndin ng.rereply so wla k tlagang peace of mind. S tga.lazada po dyan my order confirmation # is 305817989. Pls resolve my concern so i can buy again from you guys.

Can you tell us what was the problem with your unit, that you have to return it?

Kinda impress with Mi to respond even in other forums, not just in their official sites.
While other brands like Alcatel, it’s like talking to a ghost.
No wonder, Xiaomi is no. 3 now.

@RuSure.. Unit worked for around 30mins after opening it but went off. Had it charged again,powercycled(removed battery),basic ts steps. Turn it back on but will only flash a small portion of the screen and stays blank/black. Nwys, mi phils is helping me out(theyre awesome) and as you said no wonder they’re #3 ryt now. ;)

Xiaomi customer service is the best, they have
to improve execution time though, it took me
2 months to get a brand new replacement but
they are responsive to my inquiries all the time.

@breinrules..your right! xiaomi customer service is the best! They coordinated with lazada and tomorrow they will send me a brand new redmi 1s! I will never hesitate ordering another xiaomi device knowing that this is how xiaomi people works! They give utmost importance to us consumers. Awesome! ;)

What is more impressive is their proactive approach. This is Yugatech forum not their official site yet they reached out to a customer in need. Were they really monitoring or anybody from Yuga tipped them off? Either way it is impressive. This is the first time I’ve heard of a company doing this, that is if they’re monitoring other sites to offer their services.
Amazing if true.

Returned the defective redmi 1s a day after I got it last 11/16 w/c I bought from their 11/11 megasale. Asked them for replacement but not getting any reply from Lazada yet. Hope they will replace mine. Email rep not responding to my inquiries anymore. ;(.. To Lazada ppl n mkbasa sna contact nyo po ako coz you have my money and I dont have anything here kahit follow up lg. :(

sa mi ph ka magki pag coordinate.walang kwenta dyan sa lazada mag follow up pag nagka problema unit mo ng xiaomi. nung nasira sa akin, dun ko dinala sa drop off center ng xiaomi.nde ko sa lazada direkta pinadala dahil makupad mga yan mag asikaso sa mga ipapa repair na units

It may sound a bargain at first but then what is a 5,200 mah batt in todays power hungry gadgets?
It would have been more enticing if it was the bigger power bank being offered at the same price.
