Massive leaks of Sony Pictures emails have been up the world wide web the past few weeks, and it seems that one containing an image of their mobile company’s new flagship handset, the Xperia Z4, has been making the rounds as of the late.
The newest Sony device is leaked in a series of email pitches the film outfit is doing as product placement for the new James Bond movie, Spectre. The successor to the recently-launched Z3 is described as ‘the Elemental’, and is designed to be futuristic, a far cry from the current Xperia design language.
Aside from the revamp in design, which the phone might be offering in three different colors (We’re guessing Black, White, and Gold), the OS will have a bit of modern face lift as well. The lockscreen will adapt to the color of the metal-clad phone, and a modern fancy clock design to show. Here’s what we know (so far):
Sony Xperia Z4 leaked specs:
5.5-inch QHD display @ 2560 x 1440 resolution
2.8GHz Snapdragon 810 64-bit octa-core processor
Adreno 430 GPU
4GB RAM
32GB starting storage
20.7MP rear camera with curved Exmor RS CMOS sensor
LTE Cat.6
Bluetooth 4.1
Omni-balance design
Dedicated sound amplifier
According to the leaked emails, the new device will be out on markets by May or November next year. There are also plans for a limited edition Bond phone to come out as well, if the deal pushes through. What do you think about it?

spec wise, you cant go wrong with sony. Mahal lang talaga ang mga devices nila. Saka ok na ba ang sd810? Parang nabalita na may issue pa sila dyan sa 810 kaya delayed daw ang delivery sa mga phone manufacturers.

It’s funny how everyone is now adopting a GOLD color choice for their phones. I’m not saying they don’t have the rights to do it, I’m just saying that Apple did another innovation (or at least created a new demand) that everyone wants to follow.
malaslang says:
i prefer sony than LG or samsung…. maganda lang ang futures ng samsung and LG pero sa technology and patibayan iba padin ang japan tech sa korean tech
