Instagram now lets you share up to 10 photos and videos in one post

Instagram has announced an update to their app, letting you share up to 10 photos and videos in one post.

Instagram’s new feature lets you combine up to 10 photos and videos in one post and swipe through to see them all, just like some of the ads you see on your feed. This is good for those who need to share more than one photo of a special occasion or those who want to create a step-by-step instruction for their followers.

When uploading, users will see a new icon on the lower right corner to select multiple photos and videos. From there you can change the order, apply a filter or edit one by one. You’re still limited to a single caption and square photos, though. Once uploaded you’ll see blue dots at the bottom of the post to let users know they can swipe to see more.

This update is available as part of Instagram version 10.9 for iOS in the Apple App Store and for Android on Google Play.
