Samsung launches Live Shop Assist Service

Samsung has recently unveiled the Live Shop Assist Service, a one-on-one online shopping assistance for consumers.

Done via video calls or live streaming, the new service allows customers to get information such as specifications,  consultations, and demonstrations of Samsung products from product assistants. The products include gadgets, TVs, and home appliances.

The initiative aims to lessen the time spent of customers inside the brand’s physical store when browsing products.

Customers may also see the highlights of the products through demonstrations and get recommendations based on their needs.

To start their online consultation, customers may go to the Live Shop Assistance Service website. They would need to choose a specific product category first before proceeding. Apart from video calls, product assistants may also reach them via voice calls and live chat on the website.
