Bakit ho ang hirap na mag-inquire or mag- online para malaman kung ilan na ang nahuhulog sa sss contribution.

bakit masyado nyong pinahirap ung sss inquiry???malay naman namin s employer id???dati name,birthday at sss number lang ang kailangan…bkit ngyon kailnagan mo pang mg register at ng employer id? can’t we just freely use the system just like before? besides we have the right to access our accnt…para alam namin kung nghuhulog ng premiums ung employer namin…wag naman ganyan…

bakit ganun po,, i got headache in clicking the URL , going to this sss website but still cant get through. i have tried many times day and night. does the website exist at all? mas okey pa yung dati.

pano ko machecheck ang ss ko kung laging down ang server,,, nagpalit nga ng system mas bulok pa ata… nakakainis..pinaganda nyo pa yung backgraound ng page na tao wala nmang ginawang mabuti.. sino ba may pakana nito? masabi lang na pinalitan. tapos pagpupunta ka naman sa mga branches bigla ding magooffline ang “system” nyo.. bulok ang sss.

kelan ba talaga mabubuksan ung sss online nu? sobrang bulok na talaga tong sistema sa pilipinas!!! ibalik nu ung dating online….please!!!please!!!!

this is the worst government website i have ever visited

this is not only responsive to the needs of the members, the requirement to sign up asks for information which could not be available immediately

what is employer’s id for heaven’s sake!!!

what are you doing there sss people? youre making things complicated!! puro pahirap ginagawa ninyo sa pilipino! puro palpak pinaggagawa ninyo! pati yung issuance of ID 1 year na wala pa rin! tapos etong online dati2x mabilis lang ngayon kung ano anong katarantaduhan itong pinaggagawa ninyo! magtrabaho naman kayo puro kayo palaki ng tiyan!!

Fully agreed with all the above comments. Mas lalong ninyong pinahirap ang online inquiry. Mas Okay yong dati. If possible, name and SSS number would be enough to inquire for our contribution. The simplier the better, di na kailangan pati employer ID and other unnecessary information.

SSS people wake up!! you make things complicated and difficult… i thought your system is already up-graded but it seems like it getting worst…why is it your system is always down???hope you can do something with regards to this problem….and do some actions…

Sa totoo lang lahat nga ata ng employee ng sss ay hindi public oriented kasi lahat sila hindi marunong mag entertain ng mga members, lalo ng yung branch sa Calamba. Susmiyo pati mga nasa taas mga officers ata yun umagang umaga sismisan ng sismisan. Hanggang ngayon ang na file ko change of date of coverage sa awa ng diyos mag i isang taon na wala parang reply at hindi parin nababago. Nagsisihan pa sila, ang may kasalan daw nito yung makati branch wrong entry daw.

Para sa mga sss calamba ito lang ang masasabi ko: Pag hindi kayo nagbago ng sistema nyo mawawalan kayo ng trabaho, dahil halos lahat gusto na kayong ipetisyon. Hindi nyo ba alam na kami ang nagpapsweldo sa inyo!!!!Mga cancer kayo ng lipunan dapat na kayong lipunin.

sa totoo lang kainis na..inquiry lang pinahihirapan pa members…doubt tuloy…ayaw nyo daw mai update and payments ng members kasi..lalo na yun mga keep on paying n di naman ginagalaw yun payment as in yun mag loan man lang…mi gumagamit daw n iba…para sa pansariling loan??? is that ng empleyado nyo??? hmmm hope d yan totoo ha..kasi ako..di pa ako nag loloan man lang…baka mmya…bigla ako in need…ntagalan ang release kasi sombody using my idnumber…well wel wel balon balon balon…cgurado uulan at babaha ng ax message dito…

WTF… government sux… even the IT in this government sector SUX big time… where the F you got your I.Ts? are you even paying just for this S##T? just get some OJTs and make them to those things.. and you will see it will be much better…

until now no email activation from SSS in my INBOX or SPAM FOLDER yet… so i guess we need to wait until they manually send the automatic email activation.

while other countries are doing everything to improve the kind of service they are giving their people, making things easier for them to get information in a snap, getting rid of unnecessary headeaches due to lousiness of the services available to the public and even beaureacracy, here you are making things more complicated. Its a waste of time going to your website just to know simple information. True, the previous site was better than the new one!

hindi po ako employed pero nagtatanong ng employer’s id. wala bang option na pwedeng mginquire din ung mga wlang work ngayn? mas madali talaga ung dati kasi kahit sino pwedeng mginquire. kahit employed or hindi. sana pakiayos naman kasi kailangan din nmin malaman status ng hulog nmin sa sss.
