#200MP telephoto camera

The Xiaomi 18 Pro is expected to launch later this year, and a new leak suggests it could come with a major camera upgrade, featuring two 200MP rear cameras. According to well-known tipster Digital Chat Station, an upcoming compact flagship phone with a 6.3-inch display is being tested with a dual 200MP camera setup. If accurate, the phone could feature a 200MP main camera paired with a 200MP periscope telephoto lens. Meanwhile, the standard Xiaomi 18 is also rumored to receive a periscope telephoto camera, marking a wider camera improvement across the lineup. Sony Semiconductor has officially announced the LYTIA-901, its first 200MP smartphone camera sensor, signaling a direct challenge to Samsung’s dominance in ultra-high-resolution mobile cameras.
