#6K video recording

The model combines Nikon’s autofocus and in-body stabilization with RED’s color science and video codecs, positioning it against cameras like the Canon C50 and Sony FX3 at a lower price point. It can record 6K RAW video at 60fps, 4K at 120fps, and supports multiple formats including RED’s new R3D NE, Log3G10, Nikon N-RAW, ProRes/ProRes RAW, and H.265. For audio, the camera supports 32-bit float recording and features Nokia OZO surround sound with three built-in microphones. The body weighs 540 grams and can sustain 6K RAW recording for up to 125 minutes. It supports 3x optical zoom, up to 12x hybrid zoom, 4K video recording at up to 240fps for slow-motion capture, standard 4K 60fps recording, and HDR recording in supported modes. Powering the device is a 1,545mAh battery rated for up to 210 minutes of use, depending on recording settings. The Luna Ultra also features a 1-inch sensor capable of recording 8K video and capturing high-resolution photos with improved dynamic range and color accuracy.
