Another leak from AndroidHeadlines, Apple is set to release a new Beats Solo Buds and Beat Solo 4 in just a couple of days from now. The Apple Beats Solo 4 headphones pack a punch with upgraded, powerful sound, personalized Spatial Audio, and Dynamic Head Tracking. While on the other hand the Solo 4s also include Lossless Audio support via USB-C, similar to what the AirPods Pro 2 offers.  Moreover, these new Beats work seamlessly with both Android and iOS devices, offering a one-touch pairing and support for Find My or Find My Device. The more affordable Beats Solo Buds will retail for just $79.99 (~PHP 4.6k+) when they launch this coming June. The Beats Solo Buds pack dual-layer transducers for high-fidelity sound, along with a custom microphone that uses advanced noise-cancelling algorithms. Both the Beats Solo 4 and Solo Buds equipped with USB-C charging, aligning with Apple's push towards universal charging standards. Apple has officially announced that it will acquire Beats Music and Beats Electronics for a whopping $3 billion. According to Apple's press release, the Cupertino-based company will buy the two mentioned companies for a total of $3 billion, "consisting of a purchase price of approximately $2.6 billion and approximately $400 million that will vest over time."
