As Apple launches its newest iteration of iPhone devices called the iPhone 11, 11 Pro, and 11 Pro Max; the company also dropped the price of the iPhone 8, 8 Plus, and XR. The iPhone 8 and 8 Plus dropped their prices last year when the iPhone XS, XS Max, and XR originally launched. Tim Cook announced that Apple achieved its highest performance for the March quarter because customers bought more iPhones during March than ever before. Apple also said iPhone sales grew strongly across the US, Europe, India, Japan, China, and Southeast Asia. Some specs, like that of the iPhone's processor and RAM/ROM are not totally confirmed and were based on pieces of hardware clues taken from disassembled parts. According to Engadget, Vodafone Italy has just set an out-of-contract price for the iPhone 3G at €499 ($773) for the 8GB model and €569 ($881) for the 16GB models.
