Apple has unveiled the MacBook Neo in the Philippines. The Apple MacBook Neo has a 13-inch IPS Liquid Retina display with 60Hz refresh rate and 500 nits of brightness. It was bound to happen but we're still very surprised that Apple made a budget Macbook. So, when Apple announced the Macbook Neo, it broke all expectations.
