French device manufacturer Archos accelerates ahead into the CES Week as it announced the 50 Diamond, a budget-friendly smartphone powered by an octa-core Snapdragon processor and 2GB of RAM. Enter the Diamond Omega, Archos' latest offering with, not an 18:9, but a 17:9 bezel-less display. The Archos Diamond 2 Note sports a 6-inch borderless IPS LCD with QHD resolution or 2560 x 1440 pixels, which translates to a sharp 490ppi. The Archos Diamond 2 Plus sports a full HD 5.5" IPS display topped with a 2.5D curved glass. Along with the Diamond Tab, Archos also announced its new 5.5-inch midrange handset called the Archos Diamond Plus. Scheduled to be officially launched at IFA in Berlin this coming week, ARCHOS unveils its new Diamond Tab which is a tablet that carries decent mid-range specs and an affordable price in addition to its Android 5.1 and Windows 10 smartphones that was recently introduced.
