Packing Nokia's new OS, the Asha platform and an affordable price tag, the Nokia Asha 501 makes its way to the local market. After a few minutes of hands-on, we’re glad to say Asha is very exciting. For now, the Nokia Asha 501 seems like a very great deal for a budget phone and we’re pretty sure that there is a lot of potential for an OS and device of this caliber. Aside from the Asha 501, another member of the Asha family was also released in the Philippines: Nokia Asha 210. As announced on Facebook by Nokia Philippines, the Asha 210 Dual SIM is now available in select Nokia stores in black, yellow, and cyan. If you've been roaming around the malls lately, you've probably saw the new slogan in Nokia displays "Super Smart Pocket Power". The new member of the Asha family by Nokia is here, Asha 501! Nokia Asha 501 Dual-SIM is a full-touch candybar phone running the new Asha 1.0 swipe-based OS. Asha 501 is the first device to run this new OS of Nokia.
