To do this, simply open your GCash app, tap GLife, and select “beep” from the list of partners. GCash, Globe's own micropayment service, gives its reloadable prepaid card a needed upgrade. The new GCash MasterCard with EMV also comes with Beep for compatibility with Metro Manila's unified ticketing on major transportation systems. The GCash MasterCard with EMV is available for Php150 while the added Beep feature will cost Php210. These new cards are already available through Globe stores with GCash booths. Globe has started sending notifications to GCash users that starting March 15 this year, they will be charging Php50 as monthly fee if they become inactive for over 6 months.
