Blackview has recently launched in Hong Kong its new Omega smartphone, a Sony Xperia Z3-inspired device running on an octa-core processor and 2GB of RAM. Following the official debut of the Flare HD, Cherry Mobile has announced two new handsets under the Omega lineup; the Omega XL and Omega HD 2X. Of the two, the Omega HD 2X has the upper hand in terms of configuration, comprising of a 5.7-inch IPS display with 1080p resolution, 1.5GHz quad-core processor with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage to boot. The Omega XL, on the other hand, is now available in the market and currently retails for little under eight grand.
