In celebration of their 20 years in the Philippines, Canon is offering free camera cleaning and diagnosis at the Photoworld Asia 2017, Glorietta, Ayala Center. From January 27 to 29, 2017 from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Canon users may bring their cameras at the Canon Camera Cleaning boot at Glorietta, Ayala Center, Makati City. Canon organized a whole-day affair to celebrate the Philippine release of over 30 products in their line, including the much awaited EOS 5D, 50D and 1000D. I got some shots and price list below: The Canon EOS 5D Mark II came out sometime last week -- boasts of a 21.1 megapixel full-frame 35mm CMOS sensor, DIGIC IV. The Canon EOS 50D on the other hand was first announced last August (see specs here) -- has a 15.1 megapixel sensor and an ISO of up to 12800. Among the dozens of new P&S cameras that Canon Philippines introduced yesterday, the Powershot D10 attracted the most curiosity. Actually, the Canon Powershot D10 can be considered as a submersible since you can bring it on a diving trip up to a depth of 10 meters (33 ft). Canon also included a number of face-plates you canchoose from.
