You are reading the title right -- Cherry Mobile has released a new device that features alphanumeric keys and Google's Android operating system right out of the box. There are also dedicated shortcut keys for messaging, Facebook, mobile browsing, and the brand's own Fun Club app. As seen on a retailer's profile, it's now being rolled out in Cherry Mobile stores and Kiosks sporting a Php1,499 price tag. Cherry Mobile has recently introduced a new phone that is designed to be paired with your primary smartphone via Bluetooth - the Cherry Mobile P1. According to Cherry Mobile's post on their Facebook page, the P1 is a "mini smartphone dialer" that needs to be paired with your main smartphone using Bluetooth. Like the accessories mentioned above, the Cherry Mobile P1 aims to address the problem of having to use your main phone in not-so-safe locations. The Cherry Mobile P1 is now available for Php799.
