Cherry Mobile has recently revealed its enhanced after-sales service with extended unit replacement and warranty service duration. Posted on its Facebook Page, the local phone producer has announced that its devices now come with 128 days replacement and 18 months of warranty. With this, those who have purchased Cherry Mobile devices are entitled to a heightened after-sale service. The replacement duration is now up to 128 days replacement than the usual 7 days, while the warranty service has been extended to 6 months more than the usual 12 months warranty. The improved service applies to all Cherry Mobile devices, including its smartphones, basic phones, and more, over its service centers nationwide. Cherry Mobile has a new phone that's capable of handling 3 SIM cards at the same time called the Trident (Q300). Designed to look like a cross between the Nokia E72 and the BlackBerry Curve, Cherry Mobile's Trident phone was launched just last week (July 1) with a suggested retail price of Php6,450.
