#Citizen’s complaint hotline

Smart, in partnership with the President's Office, also offers a citizen’s complaint hotline where the public can raise concerns and requests to the government. Smart recently sent out an advisory to its subscribers indicating the said complaint hotline. Office of the President, in partnership with Globe, launches a citizen's complaint hotline where they can raise concerns and requests to the government. Powered by Globe, the public may process the full details of their complaints, requests, and concerns through a text message on the Citizen's Complaint Hotline. Globe Telecom is ready to transmit voice calls for emergency hotline 911 and complaint hotline 8888 on August 1, as directed by the government. During President Duterte's State of the Nation Address SONA the other day, he mentioned numerous plans for the country and among those announced the nationwide implementation of 911 hotline for emergencies and the establishment of 8888 hotline as an easy way to receive complaints regarding government agencies.
