The Department of Transportation (DOTr) has recently announced the mandatory use of the TRAZE Contact Tracing app for all airport passengers starting November 28. TRAZE is a nationwide and unified contact tracing app co-developed by the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) and Cosmotech Philippines, Inc. It enables to strengthen the government’s contact tracing efforts. Moreover, the contact tracing process can now be done through the app in just a few minutes, unlike the usual and manual process. Globe and Smart subscribers, including customers of TM, TNT, and Sun, may now use the Philippine Red Cross' RC143 contact tracing app for free.
