OPPO has introduced a new way for OPPO users to get their smartphones repaired, the new Send-in Repair Service. This new contactless service allows all OPPO users within NCR to send in their OPPO devices to OPPO Service Centers at their own time using the courier of their choice. All users have to do is go to the OPPO support website and navigate to OPPO’s Convenient Services for Send-in Repair. Once the application is successful, users can view their send-in repair order and the information for the service center where they should send their OPPO product for repair. The Send-in Repair Service is currently available to all OPPO users in the National Capital Region. Apple is offering free repairs to owners of the small percentage of iPhone 7 devices that may be displaying a "No Service" notice in the status bar even when cell service is available.
