Converge has started sending out emails to what it claims as the first batch of Converge XCLSV (could be a play on the word exclusive) customers who are part of this new service. The Converge XCLSV program places certain selected customers to a group that will get a dedicated account officer for immediate assistance and provides true high-speed plans. Converge has been in the spotlight in past months due frequent downtimes, intermittent connections, and poor customer service. These can handle all customer requirements, including sales, account or service modification, payments, and technical concerns. The company intends to deploy two to three mobile business centers for every service area as a quick response to cater to its customer needs. “Converge continuously seeks ways to address customer concerns as well as improve customer experience even as the company expands aggressively nationwide,” says John Paul Aguilar, Group Head at Converge.
