Converge has started sending out emails to what it claims as the first batch of Converge XCLSV (could be a play on the word exclusive) customers who are part of this new service.
The Converge XCLSV program places certain selected customers to a group that will get a dedicated account officer for immediate assistance and provides true high-speed plans. Not much else was indicated nor how a certain customer can be included in this group.

We reckon this seems similar to Smart Infinity or Globe Platinum program of other telcos for postpaid, only that the one for Converge is for broadband.
Converge has been in the spotlight in past months due frequent downtimes, intermittent connections, and poor customer service. This program could be one of the responses to that issue. We’ll be on the look-out for a more detailed explanation of this Converge XCLSV program.
