Converge XCLSV: Dedicated Customer Service and True High Speed Plans

Converge has started sending out emails to what it claims as the first batch of Converge XCLSV (could be a play on the word exclusive) customers who are part of this new service.

The Converge XCLSV program places certain selected customers to a group that will get a dedicated account officer for immediate assistance and provides true high-speed plans. Not much else was indicated nor how a certain customer can be included in this group.

We reckon this seems similar to Smart Infinity or Globe Platinum program of other telcos for postpaid, only that the one for Converge is for broadband.

Converge has been in the spotlight in past months due frequent downtimes, intermittent connections, and poor customer service. This program could be one of the responses to that issue. We’ll be on the look-out for a more detailed explanation of this Converge XCLSV program.

I am a Converge ICT subscriber, and their service has degraded considerably during the 2 yr pandemic period, service speed slowing considerably from 16ms to 80ms(this is only pinging google.com). And then when calling technical support, no one answers your calls. And they dare call themselves the fastest? Wow! Do your darn job!

As a converge customer. I feel I’m being rob. After they offer the “free” upgrade.with a catch of relocking your contract, this “xclsv” customers will get “true” high speed internet. This is unfair to others that suffers slow browsing, unless you subscribe to their static ip.

Now, I’m started to think to change my ISP.

They cut my internet and My TV not worked in months I beg someone to come out here to my home nothing they expect Mt me to pay for bad service

Converge 8s a fake! A very much hyped fake!
They are good in one rhing. Advertising.
After that, you cant get anything anymore.
Been a converge customer for four years.
Their customer service 8s almost non-existent

, fastest service! That’s a joke took me almost 30day to connect to Air Cable received at least one message from their agents asking the same question. When they did come to see what was the problem. The tech just Saw the box and changed it. Finish!!! Very bad service
