#Converge Improved FiberX plans

Converge ICT has officially announced its improved FiberX residential plans with higher speeds starting at plan 1500 with 50Mbps. • FiberX Time of Day Plan 2000 (previously Day Plan 1899) – 200/100Mbps Day plan and 100/200Mbps Night Plan (from 35/70Mbps) • FiberX Time of Day Plan 3000 (previously Day Plan 2799) – 600/300Mbps Day plan and 300/600Mbps Night Plan (from 200/100Mbps) Note that all plans have a lock-in period of 24 months and a PHP 2,500 installation fee. To make things easier, we’ve put together a comprehensive comparison of the postpaid fiber internet plans offered by the major telco companies in the Philippines — namely PLDT, Globe, Sky, and Converge. For example, PLDT’s Fiber Unli Plan 2099 has a speed boost of 700 Mbps, which is faster than Globe’s GFiber Plan 1999 or Converge’s FiberX 2000 peso plan — both of which are capped at 500 Mbps. Take the TruFiber Plan 1500, for example: its regular speed is capped at 200 Mbps, and while its speed boost reaches 300 Mbps, that’s exactly the same speed as Converge’s FiberX 1500 peso plan. As for PLDT and Converge, they offer Netflix bundles either in separate plans or as an “add-on” to customers’ existing internet plans.
