through its partner Universal Access Solutions (UAS) has expanded call center operations in Pampanga to cater their increasing subscriber base. “Every month, we receive over 700,000 inquiries through email, social media and the hotline,” Converge chief customer experience officer Albert Santos said as the expansion also meant to meet the company’s heightened demands for remote customer service. Converge just announced their nationwide rollout plan to provide fiber services on both households and enterprises. They (partnerships) are scheduled to implement a Full Turn Key (FTK), an end-to-end approach which includes supplying imported materials and providing services up to acceptance, and Semi-Turn Key (STK), Converge Group provides owner-supplied materials, approaches. This July, Converge and ROG are giving gamers a treat as they formally launch their FiberX gaming package collaboration. Well, along with the fiber internet connection, Converge will also be handing out an ROG Rapture GT-AC5300 Gaming router. Converge is yet to announce the eligibility mechanics, so aspiring and existing subscribers would have to wait until launch day in July. Converge ICT has announced that it's rolling out high-speed broadband services at up to 100Mbps using fiber technology.
