Cherry Mobile is trying to test out the market with its dual camera touting smartphones starting with the Flare P1 that we’ve reviewed earlier this month. Above the panel is the 8-megapixel selfie camera along with its own LED flash, the earpiece, and front sensors. The main feature of the handset is its two rear cameras – a 13-megapixel and 5-megapixel combo. As we’ve seen with its sibling, this setup allows the phone to add an artificial depth of field in pictures although, it’s not as impressive with other dual camera smartphones in the market. Design and Build Our review unit came in its Violet colorway, but it’s also available in Space Gray. Also found at the back is the 13MP main camera that’s perfect for scanning physical documents and alike. The HUAWEI logo can also be found smack in the middle with metal contact points for first party accessories like the smart keyboard. Of course, you can’t miss the triangular camera island that stands out thanks to its mini-LED status light, which we’ll talk about next. Fancy mini-LED Status Light While we’ve already seen the triangular camera module design from the POVA 7 that recently went official in June, TECNO takes this design to the next level by incorporating mini-LED Status Light.
