EastWest Bank's Komo has launched its Generate Bank Certificate feature on its app. EastWest's Komo is set to launch the first-ever customizable app-based, on-demand life insurance in the Philippines called Troo Flex. According to EastWest, this was made possible as the team worked closely with Troo to create Komo’s insurance product or Troo Flex. Thus, Ageas and EastWest joined together to create Troo. EastWest has recently launched the new EasyWay services, allowing account holders to process bank transactions faster. EastWest account holders may now pre-process essential bank transactions like cash and checks deposits, cash withdrawals, check encashments, loan payments, fund transfers, and more through the EasyWay services via SMS, Viber, e-mail, or Facebook Messenger. EastWest account holders may book their in-store transactions using EasyWay. After booking a bank transaction through EasyWay, the customer will receive a reference number, which can be presented at any EastWest store nationwide.
