Facebook has CDNs (Content Delivery Network) that shortens the path from your device to their servers. One of the ways to fix this is by using a different DNS than the one your ISP has provided you. If you're on a smartphone and connected to 3G/4G, you can do this by downloading the DNS Changer app in Google Play Store and use that to input the IP addresses below.
