In line with the recent DNS issue that netizens experienced when they tried accessing Ensogo’s website, the company is giving out site-wide 5% discount voucher to all patrons of the online shopping website.
Along with the picture above, Ensogo Philippines has also provided an explanation about the extended down time caused by DNS issue.
To our valued Ensogo Consumers,
We’ve had a technical issue with our Domain Name System (DNS) which was discovered late night on Friday and resolved with our provider at noon on Saturday. It takes up to 24 hours for the new DNS records to propagate, however the site (www.ensogo.com.ph) should already be accessible to most of the users in Philippines. We apologize for any inconvenience the downtime might have caused our customers in Philippines.
Do note that the discount voucher is only applicable until midnight of September 28. So it’s best if you take advantage of this as soon as possible.
