Facebook recently announced that it will soon rollout new features for your mobile profile page and one of them is called 'profile videos' that will allow you to use looping video clips as your profile photo. Facebook says that profile videos will "show a part of yourself you couldn’t before, and add a new dimension to your profile." In addition, Facebook will also soon allow you to use temporary profile pictures. Meta has announced that all video posts on Facebook will be converted into reels soon. Facebook's videos will soon be spotted under the reels tab now as Meta announces the change. With this new change, Meta will be renaming Facebook's Video tab to Reels tab. Facebook has just unveiled a significant change for its Live video feature. As of February 19, 2025, all Facebook Live videos will automatically expire after 30 days. Knowing that some users might need more time to manage their live video archives, Facebook is offering a 6-month extension option.
