Cherry Mobile has announced through its Facebook page that it has started seeding the Lollipop update to two Flare S3 variants -- the Octa and the Power. UPDATE: A lot of users are reporting a common error after updating. If you own a Cherry Mobile Flare S3 Octa or Flare S3 Power, you can download the update through the settings panel. Just download and install since this is an over-the-air or OTA update. Although, Cherry mentioned that rooted or modded devices won't receive the update. The update improves RCS messaging by adding support for replying to specific messages in conversations with Android users. Other changes include remote Apple TV software updates through the Home app, AI editing support for RAW photos, camera interface improvements and new options for managing Siri conversations.
