Samsung’s upcoming entry-level A-Series devices is on the horizon, and we now have a first look at the purported Galaxy A26. In contrast with last year’s Galaxy A25, the camera array is now encapsulated in one singular slab. This design also matches with that of the Galaxy A36 and the Galaxy A56. The A26 will still likely use the same Exynos 1280 chip based on a recent Geekbench listing. The Galaxy A26 is expected to launch by the end of 2024. For reference, the Galaxy A25 5G retailed for PHP 15,990 for the 6GB+128GB trim. It's already confirmed that the Samsung Galaxy Tab will be launched in the Philippines before end of October (that's next week!) and we finally got the retail price down to the dot -- Php34,990 (thanks to our source). The price isn't surprising (though I thought it would be a bit higher by a couple grand) considering its baby brother, the Galaxy S, sells for Php32,000.
