SM Aura Premier, BGC - Samsung has officially launched in the country last night the 5.7-inch Galaxy Note 3 and its camera-equipped companion smartwatch, the Galaxy Gear. To give you a recap, the Note 3 and the Gear went official on September 5 during Samsung's Unpacked 2013 event in Berlin, and it was just yesterday that the said devices were officially launched in the Philippines. To spice things up a bit, Samsung is offering a "First Day Promo" wherein buyers of the Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Gear can get Special Discounts amounting to Php3,000 while the Flip Cover will get a discount of Php500. It's already confirmed that the Samsung Galaxy Tab will be launched in the Philippines before end of October (that's next week!) and we finally got the retail price down to the dot -- Php34,990 (thanks to our source). The price isn't surprising (though I thought it would be a bit higher by a couple grand) considering its baby brother, the Galaxy S, sells for Php32,000.
